据万科中天·世纪水岸项目销售人员介绍，该项目位于南城万江区交界处，是主城区近三年体量最大的项目，目前89平方米-195平方米的房源均有在售，具体折扣可至项目售楼处具体了解。
根据房天下网站数据，项目均价35000元/平方米，单价低至2.5万元/平方米，总价在250万-750万元/套。
上述销售人员表示，“针对不同户型、不同楼层，价格都不一样，优惠要看具体房源，现在算下来单价在3万元上下，性价比高的房源可来现场实地了解。”
