AlphaGo让AI互相对弈数千万次棋局建立围棋数据库。当前AI通过学习海量病例，诊断效率已大大超过人类医师，那么让它从成功以及失败的模拟案例中学习并自主发展，可预见在检查、诊断和治疗层面再次实现显著进化。

本研究中，课题组建立了医院模型，并由GPT-3.5生成大量患者和14名医生及4名护士模型并参与诊疗。例如，一名过敏患者就诊时经分诊护士评估，交由皮肤科医生就诊，并开出药物方案，包括制定随访计划。

诊疗成功的案例会被整理并被储存，而失败的案例则会让AI医生对其反省分析。

在一万名患者模拟交互后，该诊疗系统性能已超越人类专家，例如AI可在几天内处理数万个病例，人类达到这个数字需要好几年。呼吸疾病领域准确率可达到93%，治疗率也能达到77%，证明了模拟环境在AI训练中的巨大潜力。

当然，医疗小镇还存在一些限制，比如受到系统效率影响，病例与真实世界有出入，未来该系统还将扩大疾病诊疗范围，做AI模拟系统升级等。除了医疗，金融、客户服务及教育领域也可采用这种场景化用户交互学习模式，提升效率。
