公告显示，华为与成都高新投资集团等经营者拟共同收购鼎桥通信100%的股权，鼎桥主要从事行业客户通信解决方案的研发和推广业务。
在本次收购之前，华为和诺基亚间接合计持有鼎桥100%股权并共同控制鼎桥。交易后，华为、成都高新投资集团、成都高新集萃科技、华盖创业投资管理等经营者将通过其共同设立的持股公司，合计持有鼎桥100%股权，共同控制鼎桥。
成都高投集团是1996年6月由成都高新区党工委管委会批准成立的国有投资公司，此前与华为有着紧密的投资合作关系。
